Fixed Deposit, Everytime
In order to start work, we only require a fixed deposit of £350.00. This is to give you complete peace of mind in our service and capabilities. Once the initial structure has been installed, we will then request a further 40% of the total, with the remainder being paid on successful completion and passing of planning permission.

Because we part build our loft conversions within our purpose built factory, we are able to complete loft conversions quickly and efficiently. Our team will be able to work hard to ensure there is minimal disruption to your home during the work and get you up and running swiftly once work has been completed.
